impressed with the show

Broc Stroebel, 24, resident of Green Bay, attended the Garden of Lights with his family and was impressed with the show.

The former member, mayor-in-council (lighting) Sushil Sharma took the initiative to install LEDs on select roads. which includes 10,000 pure-white LED lights.

After visitors have enjoyed the light show, they can warm up in the visitor center. There will be concession stands to enjoy a cup of hot cocoa while looking through the gift shop.

Along with shopping, Santa Claus will make an appearance almost every night. Children will have the opportunity to take pictures with him.

Visitors will also hear Christmas songs performed by local music groups during the light show.

Musical entertainment is scheduled every night, including groups such as Rough Draft, Humana Choir, Bay Port High School Vocal Ensemble, Algoma High School Choir, Lisa Andre and Terry Brennan and Wrightstown High School Choir.

"Because we are a non-profit organization, we really depend on donations," Derouin said. "The Garden of Lights is one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for us."
